I made this with illustrator going by a tutorial that I found online. I go by tutorials or by class assignments most of the time due to the fact I am still learning (but heck, when do you ever stop learning?) I would say that I did an amazing job on my wand. :] It was mainly based with gradients, transparency, and basic shape tools.
