Photo Edit: Fixing a ripped photo

After I fixed the image:

My goal, fix this image, kind of like a puzzle.  I also edited out some of the wear of the photo.  This was edited in photoshop CS5 and was part of a project for class.  I try my best to make it appear as if this image was never ripped at all.
